Margin, right: Christ: Miracle of Loaves -- Beneath nimbed half figure of God, with right hand raised in blessing, emerging from cloudy arc of Heaven, Christ, cross-nimbed, with right hand raised above pair of fishes and five round loaves, is seated on grassy mound above three nimbed saints, including possibly Apostle Peter, gesturing, and group of thirteen men, most wearing hats, some gesturing (some with only heads visible); buildings in far distance. Initials U and N enclosing head of veiled woman and head of man, wearing hat. Initial I enclosing half figure of man, possibly Evangelist John, unnimbed, for Seventh Lesson in Third Nocturn for Fourth Sunday in Quadragesima, John 06:11-15. Margins decorated on three sides with scrolling floreate and foliate decoration, inhabited by half figures of men, four groups in pairs, all emerging from clouds or amid foliage, some wearing hats and gesturing.
