Apocalypse: John, Vision of Open Door in Heaven -- Evangelist John, nimbed, is seated on island, his right hand resting on open book on his lap. He raises left arm touching hands of half-figure of angel emerging from cloud. At right, in cloud edged mandorla, Christ, nimbed, His body partially draped, is seated on rainbow arc, raising right hand, his feet on tripartite globe.
Scene in landscape, with hills in background, across water.
Margins decorated with border of floreate rinceaux.
