Escutcheon decorated with heraldry of Philip the Good, hanging by strap from helm surmounted by fleur-de-lis, surrounded by collar of Order of Golden Fleece, is flanked and supported by front paws of two lions standing on hind legs. All are in opening of building, below ogee arch decorated with crockets and with escutcheons hanging from straps, decorated with heraldry. Two columns flank the opening, and are surmounted by two statues: Apostle Andrew, leaning on saltire cross, holding girdle book with right hand; George of Cappadocia, as soldier, holding spear with right hand, left hand on sword hilt, wearing his own heraldry, standing on dragon. At bottom, below feet of lions, motto IE LAY EMPRINS, flanked by two crowns
