Escutcheon of Pope Innocent VIII -- Heraldry of gules, a bend checky argent and azure, a bar of the Republic of Genoa, in chief gules tied crossed keys argent, surmounted by triple-crowned papal tiara with infulae. Margins decorated with floreate and foliate ornament, including roses, within block border.
