Zone 1:
1) Christ: Ascension -- Christ, visible from legs down, bleeding from wounds in feet, disappears into sky. Below Him, Virgin Mary, decorated nimbus, veiled, kneels and joins hands in prayer. She is flanked by eleven Apostles, some with hands raised, all kneeling in landscape setting.
Scene caption, inscribed ASCENSIO DOMINI.
2) Pentecost -- Red rays descend from sky toward heads of twelve Apostles, decorated nimbi, seated in circle. Small tongue of flame sits on each of their heads.
Scene caption, inscribed SPIRITUS DOMINI.
Zone 2:
3) Trinity: Mercy Seat -- God the Father, crossed nimbus, seated in rayed mandorla, supports cross on which Christ, cross-nimbed, wearing long loin cloth, is affixed with three nails; dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, flies above head of Christ. All are surrounded by four beasts of Apocalypse, decorated nimbi.
Scene caption, inscribed SANCTA TRINITAS.
4) Christ: of Sorrows, Type, with Arms crossed -- Christ, crossed nimbus, in transparent long loin cloth, bleeding from wounds covering body, stands among the instruments of passion, including bloody lance (spear), sponge affixed to reed, red robes with three dice, column with rope, pieces of silver, ladder, bucket, hand, mocking head of wandering Jew wearing tall hat, and cross affixed with three nails, crown of thorns, and two scourges.
