Month, Occupation: July -- Of five men harvesting, one wears headgear, two wear hats, all wear short tunics; one has rolled hose down to knees; four hold sickles in right hand and three of them hold wheat with left hand. At right is sixth man wearing headgear, left hand raised, possibly master. Sheaf of wheat lies on ground at left. Scene in vaulted architectural setting with windows, statues at top of columns, and crosses surmounting pointed arches.
Margins decorated with border of foliate and floreate ornament, including strawberry.
