1) Sabas of Jerusalem: Scene, consecrated Abbot -- At left, within building, accompanied by tonsured monk, wearing monk’s habit, with left hand holding crozier, Salustius of Jerusalem, nimbed, mitered, wearing vestments, with left hand holding crozier and with right hand raised in blessing toward kneeling Sabas of Jerusalem, nimbed, mitered, wearing cloak over habit, with joined hands raised, accompanied by group of seven tonsured monks, all wearing monk’s habits.
2) Sabas of Jerusalem: Scene, expelling Demons from Cave -- On shore, accompanied by group of tonsured monks, wearing monk’s habits, at least four men, kneeling, some with joined hands raised (all mostly with only heads visible), and flock of five sheep, Sabas of Jerusalem, nimbed, mitered, wearing cloak over habit, with right hand raised in blessing toward five devils in guise of horned ravens, flying, most issuing flames from beaks or hindquarters.
