Christ: Crucifixion, nailed to Cross -- Christ, crossed nimbus, wearing short loincloth, is on cross held by man and two soldiers. Man, raising hammer with right hand, holds nail with left hand at right hand of Christ. At His left hand, another man crouches over stone, holding nail with left hand and hammer with right hand. Pincers are at his feet. Man wearing hat, tunic and armor, knife at waist, rod in right hand, stands at foot of the cross. At his left are group of soldiers, four holding spears. In background at right are five (?) horsemen, one wearing armor and holding banner. Text of John 19:17-23, for beginning of Crucifixion, is on fol. 30r.
