Christ: Nativity -- Joseph the carpenter, nimbed, with joined hands raised, beside ox, looks toward nude Christ Child, nimbed, cross-nimbed, reclining on cloth. At left, Virgin Mary, nimbed, extends right hand and holds edge of the cloth in her left hand. Behind her is ass.
In background are two figures, wearing hoods, and shed.
Architectural frame is inscribed at bottom with NATIVITAS DOMINI.
