Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, crossed nimbus, head inclined, wearing crown of thorns and short loincloth, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to cross with titulus INRI. At base of the cross are skull and other bones.
At left, Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled with wimple, head inclined, hands crossed on abdomen is flanked by Evangelist John and Holy Woman, both nimbed, each grasping one of her shoulders. Behind them are five other nimbi. At right, Longinus of Jerusalem (?), indicates Christ; one of two other men looks up. The other holds spear.
In background are hills, trees, and buildings.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including strawberries, and inhabited by parrot (?) with collar around neck, and peacock, head possibly altered.
