Christ: Flagellation -- Christ, rays as crossed nimbus, wearing short loincloth, stands before column, his hands behind Him, flanked by two torturers, wearing hats, one raising scourge with both hands, the other striking Him with withes. Scene in windowed apsidal space with stone floor.
Miniature within arched frame supported by columns and architectural elements.
Margins decorated with floreate and foliate ornament, including large branches, rose and dianthus, and inhabited by bird and hybrid animals, one wearing hat.
