Angel, Archangel Michael: transfixing Satan -- Archangel Michael, wearing armor, holding shield in left hand, raises sword in right hand and stands with right foot on winged and horned devil, bleeding from wounds in breast and arm, laying on ground. Scene in landscape with trees and distant buildings on hilltops.
Margins with floreate and scroll ornament, inhabited in left margin by monkey, seated on ground beside cask and embracing cat; and in lower margin by fantastic bird, resembling rooster, treading upon serpent.
