David and Bathsheba: Bathsheba bathing -- Margin is decorated with foliate border, including thistles and strawberries. In lower margin, man, possibly David, wearing hat, holds sword in right hand and extends left hand. He looks toward nude woman, standing beneath canopy in pool, beside pitcher.
In upper margin is inscription LVIII
