Apostle, Thomas: Incredulity -- Apostle Thomas, rays as nimbus, holding book with left hand, extends right hand to bleeding wound in side of Christ, rays as cross nimbus, bleeding from wounds, wearing crown of thorns, His body partially draped, raising right hand in blessing, holding with left hand, cross staff with cross inscribed banner.
Blue heads appear above scene inside frame of miniature.
Margins decorated with border of gold rinceaux inhabited by monkey; fantastic animal holding club; and man, wearing hat, raising right hand and holding spiralling club on left shoulder with left hand. Gold geometric ornament at each corner of miniature.
