Christ: Miracle of raising Lazarus -- Man wearing hat, with sword at waist, grasps lid resting across sarcophagus from which emerges nude Lazarus, with joined hands, partially draped with shroud. He looks toward Christ, nimbed, right hand raised in blessing, standing with two apostles, nimbed, next to the sarcophagus. Woman, probably Mary or Martha, wearing headdress and wimple, with joined hands is at head of the sarcophagus. One of five men, wearing hats in background indicates Lazarus with right hand and covers face with left hand; of the other four, three hats are only visible, and the fourth indicates Christ with left hand.
Scene in landscape within wall, skull in foreground; in background, hill with trees and city in distance.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including daisy and strawberry, and inhabited by boar in left margin, wearing spectacles, seated before distaff on stand, holding cord to spindle with right front foot, and by man partially wearing hood in lower margin, holding club with left hand and with right hand, chain attached to bear wearing muzzle, possibly Scene, Sports and Games: Animal-training.
