Psalm 081 (Vulg., 080):
David: as Musician -- David, crowned, seated on bench, strikes cymbala with hammers in both hands.
Scene against gold background within initial E decorated with foliate and interlace ornament.
In upper margin along foliate extensions, hybrid soldier armed with sword and shield (gules a lion rampant or) threatens crouching man, both wearing helmets; hybrid man with bat wings.
In left margin, hybrid, crowned, with bat wings.
In lower margin (bas-de-page), along foliate bar, two soldiers, wearing helmets, armed with shields and lances, mounted on caparisoned horses, jousting. Left horse and soldier wears gules a cross or. Garments of right horse and right shield are barry of argent and of gules a bend gules.
