Christ: of Sorrows -- Three-quarter figure of Christ, crossed nimbus, wounds in side and hands bleeding, stands in sarcophagus. Behind Him are instruments of Passion including column with rope, ladder, three stacks of coins, hand, lantern, scourges, cock (rooster), three nails, crown of thorns, cross with titulus INRI, spear, sponge on spear, garment, drawstring bag, pliers, dice, and hammer, many hanging on or from cross, or on cross arms.
Scene in landscape with rocky outcrops, all below blue sky with gold stars.
Margins decorated with border of geometric ornament and rinceaux.
