1) Christ: Ascension -- Feet of Christ disappear into clouds, flanked by two hovering angels with joined hands extended. Below, Evangelist John (?), nimbed Virgin Mary, nimbed and veiled, with joined hands kneel, looking up toward Him. Behind each of them is group of apostles and disciples (?) all nimbed, kneeling, some with joined hands, some orant. Scene is in hilly landscape with castle or city in background.
2) Winged angel (Evangelist symbol), holds inkpot and stylus case in outstretched hands toward Evangelist Matthew, nimbed, wearing hat, seated on bench, holding book, before lectern wit base on which is open book and two closed books. Behind him is shelf with books and scroll. Figures within architectural frame.
