In left margin, monogram A is encircled with knotted and looped cordeli³•re (widow's knotted cord), with ends terminating in tassels, above spiraled scroll inscribed on inside surface LA LA AL AL AL AL LA LA AL AL LA LA. Below, monogram S is encircled by another knotted and looped cordeli³•re. At upper right is a second monogram S, encircled by a knotted cordeli³•re, and at lower right, a second monogram A, encircled by a knotted cordeli³•re.
