Athanasius, Patriarch: Scene, teaching -- Patriarch Athanasius, nimbed, mitered, wearing vestments, seated on draped faldstool of the animal type, with right hand raised toward Antiochus, kneeling with joined hands raised, looking up toward Trinity represented by three-faced bust, floating in air.
At right, Christ, cross-nimbed, with hands extended, flanked by two groups of men, both kneeling, at least three on left with joined hands raised and at right, one of three, wearing pointed hats, with both hands raised; all possibly representing Personification of Fear of God.
Scenes in common landscape amid tree.
Illustration of Patriarch Athanasius, Doctrina Ad Antiochum Ducem.
