Catherine of Alexandria, nimbed, crowned, sits on ground holding open book with pseudo-inscription in her lap. Beside her are spiked wheel and sword. With right hand she indicates distant scene of rays from heaven destroying her tormentors.
Text and miniature enclosed in classicizing architectural frame, with herms and grotesques.
