Beneath cloudy arc, Sebastian of Rome, scalloped nimbus, wearing turban-like hat, tunic, and armor under ermine-lined mantle, with sword tied to waist. At right, Adrian of Nicomedia, scalloped nimbus, wearing turban-like hat and tunic over armor, with sword tied to waist, with right hand holding upturned sword and with left hand holding box and hammer; trampling on recumbent lion. Scene in room with decorated background and tiled floor. Margins decorated with foliate and floreate ornament. Miniature at beginning of the Suffrages to Sebastian of Rome and Adrian of Nicomedia.
