Anthony Abbot the Great, nimbed, wearing monk's vestments and cap, holding bell and open book in right hand and staff (?) in left hand, stands in landscape beside two pigs, possibly with bells around their necks. Background with chequered design, and in upper corners, clouds of heaven enclosing faces.
Margins decorated with ivy-rinceaux foliate ornament.
