Cyrus the Great: Proclamation and Temple of Zerubbabel: Building -- In upper half of initial I, one of two men, wearing hat, holds stone with both hands above man raising stone with both hands, toward the first. Below, Cyrus the Great, crowned, raising right hand, stands looking upward toward the men. Base of initial formed by fantastic animal, head biting body. Beginning of Ezra (Vulg., I Esdras)
