Christ: Nativity -- Virgin Mary, nimbed, kneels with joined hands raised before nude Christ Child, emanating rays, laying on ground between the Virgin and Joseph the Carpenter, kneeling on one knee with joined hands raised. In background are three angels kneeling with joined hands raised before brocade cloth of honor held by fourth angel. To left are ox and ass eating from manger, and to right are three men, two hooded and the other wearing hat, possibly shepherds, standing outside wattle fence. Scene before half-timbered shed with holes in the plaster and the roof. Miniature framed by columns and architectural elements.
