Group of saints, nimbed, including Anthony Abbot the Great, wearing cap, leaning on crutch with right hand, looking down at open book held in left hand (reading), also grasping mantle and holding bell; George of Cappadocia, wearing helmet and armor, holding spear with cross-inscribed banner; John Baptist, wearing garment of animal skin, indicating with right hand, lamb sitting on his left arm; three female saints, one crowned; Peter, tonsured, holding key with right hand; bishop wearing miter; Jerome, wearing cardinal's hat and vestments, holding with left hand cross-staff with double arms; most only nimbus visible.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament inhabited by fantastic animals. Text and miniature framed on three sides by gold bars decorated with flowers and intertwining vines.
