Roman de la Rose: Scene, God of Love locking Heart of Lover -- God of Love (Eros), crowned, winged, lower leg decorated, wearing short loin cloth knotted at side, quiver slung over left shoulder (partly visible), with left hand holds bow and with right hand extends key to breast of Lover, wearing feathered cap and fur-lined coat.
Both before trellis and garden wall with hilly landscape and trees in distance.
