Virgin Mary: Coronation -- Virgin Mary, nimbed and crowned, with joined hands, kneels, flanked by God, crossed nimbus, wearing triple crowned tiara, seated, raising right hand in gesture of blessing, grasping her right elbow with His left hand, and by Christ, crossed nimbus, seated, gesturing with right hand, extending left hand toward her left arm. All are before cloth of honor, above which is dove of Holy Ghost, nimbed, wings outstretched, flanked by busts of two angels, nimbed, arms extended, grasping the cloth of honor. Rays descend from golden arc above.
In upper margin, miniature is flanked by angel playing gittern, angel pumping bellows of posative organ played by another angel, and angel playing harp.
Miniature and text surrounded on three sides by gold frame. Margins decorated with border of rinceaux, foliate and floreate ornament.
