Scene, Liturgical: Obsequies -- Catafalque, as frame with lighted candles supported by trestles, around bier draped with crossed inscribed pall is flanked by three mourners, and by three clerics, tonsured, the foremost holding book with both hands. In background priest, tonsured, wearing cross inscribed chasuble, hands raised stands backturned, facing draped altar on which are two candlesticks, and chalice. Behind the altar is retable decorated with crucifix (Christ: Crucifixion) flanked by two figures; above it is canopy
Scene in vaulted interior decorated with blind arcade, vaulted apse at end. Arched openings supported by slender columns in foreground .
Margins decorated with border of foliate rinceaux, and foliate and floreate ornament including daisy.
