Before a copse, God appears on a bank of luminous clouds to Moses. Beyond is a shepherd with his flock and a city. This scene is painted on a tapestry above which is a plaque with the inscription, TOLLAT VNUSQUISQUE AGNUM. Below there is a quatrain. The frame consists of bands of burnished and dull gold.
