Virgin Mary, nimbed, is seated on throne with canopy, both hands holding on her lap, Christ Child, rays as cross nimbus, raising right hand, extending left hand toward man (donor), with joined hands, wearing hat on back, kneeling at draped prie-dieu on which is open book. He looks toward Virgin Mary. Three angels standing in background play lute, horn, and harp. Figures in room with decorated wall, and with wooden vault with beams. Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including daisy, campanula, and strawberry, and inhabited by pigeon or dove and another bird.
