Confessio Amantis: Scene, Treachery of Pope Boniface VIII -- Small figure of youth stands before Celestine V (?), wearing triple crowned papal tiara, gesturing with left hand. Man stands at left in doorway holding gold object in right hand. Behind Celestine V (?), is another pope, probably Boniface VIII, wearing triple crowned papal tiara, raising right hand, holding cross staff with left hand, seated on throne with canopy. He is flanked by three cardinals, one raising right hand, another orant.
