1) Abraham of Edessa: Scene, leaving Wife -- Within bedroom, woman, with bared legs, sitting on draped bed with pillow, extending left hand toward Abraham of Edessa, departing through door, nimbed, wearing cloak, both hands raised. In foreground, two locked chests beside the bed.
2) Abraham of Edessa: Scene, praying -- Within cross-surmounted cell, half-figure of Abraham of Edessa, nimbed, with joined hands raised, likely kneeling before draped altar on which is cross on base. Outside the church, group of nine men, (most with only heads visible), gesturing or in conversation with each other.
