Margins with five vignettes in architectural framework (described top to bottom):
1) Lambert of Liège, wearing bishop's miter and vestments, stands holding open book with pseudo-inscription in right hand and crozier in left hand.
2) Evangelist Matthew, nimbed, holding scroll with pseudo-inscription, stands beside angel (Evangelist Symbol).
3) Cosmas and Damian of Cilicia, both nimbed, wearing caps, stand, one holding medicine jar and the other probe.
4) Angel, Archangel Michael: transfixing Dragon -- Archangel Michael, wearing armor, holding sword and shield, tread on dragon.
5) Zodiac Sign: Libra -- Balance scales in landscape.
