Magi: Adoration -- Two crowned Magi, including the bearded middle-aged Magus with right hand raised to right ear, hold vessels, standing behind the third, eldest Magus, bearded, wearing ermine-trimmed mantle, partly kneeling, and extending vessel of coins toward Christ Child, nimbed, nude, raising His right hand in blessing, seated on lap of Virgin Mary, nimbed, seated on bench, attended by Joseph the Carpenter, nimbed, standing. Scene in shed with wooden wall. Decorated initial D formed by dragon. Miniature and text within architectural frame of two columns supporting pediment.
