Legend, Thebes: Slaying of Dragon that killed Opheltes -- In clearing beside stream, soldier, holding shield in left hand, drives sword in right hand into dragon, breathing fire and bleeding from wounds. Group of soldiers, one holding halberd, watch from other side of stream. Scene in gold frame.
