Temple of Zerubbabel: Building -- At top, Cyrus the Great, crowned, is seated, raising his right hand and holding scepter in left hand. Below, male figure carries block with two hands, another carries block on his back and at bottom, head is looking upward.
Scene is against blue background, within initial; extenders contain animal head.
