Esther: before Ahasuerus -- Ahasuerus, crowned, resting right hand on right knee, is seated on bench, extending left hand holding floreate scepter toward Esther, veiled and crowned, her hands joined and raised, kneeling on one knee before him. Scene against background of pink diaper, within frame of blue with geometric and foliate ornament.
