Top margin with greyhound (emblem of Henry VII ?).
Margins with five vignettes in architectural framework (described top to bottom):
1) Francis of Assisi: receiving Stigmata -- Francis, nimbed, tonsured, wearing habit of Franciscan monk, kneels on ground and receives stigmata on hands and feet from rays descending from seraph in sky above. Scene in landscape.
2) Denis of Paris, wearing bishop's miter and vestments, stands holding his head in both hands. On ground before him are nimbed heads of Rusticus and Eleutherius, both tonsured, and their bodies, bleeding from necks.
3) Edward the Confessor: Scene, Translation -- Two men, wearing hats, carry architectural reliquary on poles on their shoulders. Monks witness scene.
4) Wulfrannus of Sens, nimbed, wearing bishop's miter and cope, stands with right hand raised in blessing and holding crozier in left hand.
5) Month, Occupation: October -- Man beats trees with rod. Pigs below trees.
