Christ: Miracle of raising Lazarus -- Lazarus, his body partially draped, stands in grave with joined hands possibly bound with cord the end held by right hand of man, wearing hat, kneeling on one knee beside grave extending left hand toward Lazarus. Lazarus is looking up toward Christ, crossed (?) nimbus, right hand extended, standing next to grave. Behind Lazarus kneel Martha and Mary, both nimbed and veiled with wimple, one orant. In background is man wearing hat and group of Apostles and men (?), three visible, nimbed, and another man wearing hat. Figures wear garments in grisaille.
Scene in room with wooden ceiling, architectural ornament, and tile floor, in which is the grave.
Miniature enclosed in architectural frame decorated with: two winged putti on top of frame grasping knotted cord attached to vase of foliage; foliate ornament; cord in left margin attached to top of frame, draped around putto grasping left column and grasped by another putto at base of the column; winged head or mask at bottom of frame.
