Margin, upper: Christ: Scene -- Beneath rays and starry sky, woman, wearing headdress, stands with joined hands raised before Christ, decorated crossed nimbus, turning head toward her, and group of apostles, two nimbed. Figures in landscape with hill and trees beyond. Arched vignette with block border of floreate and foliate decoration, including strawberries. Margin, lower: Month, Occupation: October -- Beneath rays descending from arc of heaven and starry sky, veiled woman bears sack of grain on head with left hand, beside man, wearing hat, with left hand in fold of garment and with right hand sowing seed in furrowed field. Landscape with trees beyond. Medallion vignette within block border of floreate and foliate decoration. Block border at right of floreate and foliate decoration, including roses.
