De Mulieribus Claris: Scene, Athaliah ordering Massacre of Royal Seed -- Athaliah, wearing truncated hennin and fur lined garment, extends right hand toward, and indicates with left, soldier piercing breast of man with sword held in right hand; he grasps, with his left hand, right arm of the man. Man, wearing hat, only partially visible behind hillock reclines on ground. Another man wearing hat, pierces with knife (?) held in right hand breast of man, collapsing onto supported by his left hand.
