In landscape with church and with city or castle in background, Anthony Abbot the Great, nimbed, holding crutch with left hand, stands before donkey, wearing bell on strap around his neck, and two baskets on its back. Horse (?) stands next to the donkey.
Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including dianthus and strawberry, and inhabited by pig with bell on its ear.
