Woman wearing diadem (crown), gesturing with right hand, standing before initial I, looking up toward man, arms extended, reclining in upper margin. Margins decorated with foliate ornament, knots and gold balls. Pen flourished initials. Text is first lesson, first nocturn for Matins on 11.11, feast of Martin of Tours.
