Circular diagram, with floreate ornament, consisting of central wreath-framed medallion, inscribed IN HOC CODICE CONTINENTVR OMNIA OPERA CICERONIS QVE INCIRCVM PICTIS CIRCVLIS ADNOTATA CERNVNTVR.
Encircling the central medallion are twelve small medallions. The medallion at the top encloses as armillary sphere (emblem of Matthias I Corvinus, King of Hungary). The remaining eleven medallions are each numbered with a Roman numeral and inscribed with the name of one of the chapters.
