In medallion:
Touroude de Pontaudemer, wearing armor and helmet with plumes, holding axe in right hand and with left hand on his hip, stands behind low hills from which spring family tree. Medallion enclosed in frame inscribed TORTH A NOBLE MAN OF DENMARKE CAM INTO NORMANDY 906.
Along branches of tree interspersed with leaves are roundels inscribed with names and three escutcheons:
1) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), surmounted by a crown.
2) Newburgh (lozengy azure and or a bordure gules semy of plates), surmounted by a crown.
3) Warwick (checquy azure and or a chevron ermine), surmounted by a crown.
