Scene, Occupational: Mining -- In upper half, man wearing bi-color clothing, knife at waist, uses pick (pickaxe) on rocky outcrop; pieces of gold are visible before him. On ground is basin or basket; behind him bucket (?) is hung on one limb of tree, cloth draped over another, covered pitcher is at base of the tree.
Scene inscribed AURUM.
Scene, Occupational: Mining -- In lower half, man wearing hood and cap, with purse at waist, extends with right hand, ladle to stream on rocky hillside. He holds sack with left hand.
Scene is inscribed ARGENTUM UIUUM.
Tree inscribed ASSA FETIDA in lower half at right.
