Clara of Assisi: Scene, Rule confirmed -- Francis of Assisi, nimbed and tonsured, wearing habit of Franciscans, holding book with left hand, raises right hand in blessing over Clara of Assisi, nimbed and veiled with wimple, wearing habit of Poor Clares, with joined hands raised, kneeling, looking up at him. Hand of God, in gesture of blessing, emerges from cloud edged arc of Heaven above right. All in initial F.
In lower margin in medallion, angel, nimbed, holding staff with right hand and with draped left hand, disk or wafer inscribed with cross.
