In initial D is putto astride dolphin. With his right hand, the putto holds onto rudder that is surmounted by scroll with inscriptions SIC PERPETUO and HOC OPUS.
Margins are decorated with ornaments. In lower margin is sphinx with wings outstretched, surmounted by garland of yellow beads.
