Christ: Crucifixion -- Christ, with crown of thorns, wearing short loincloth, bleeding from wounds, is affixed with three nails to cross with titulus INRI (John 19:19). At left stand Evangelist John, three or four Holy Women, veiled, two only tops of heads visible, and Virgin Mary, veiled with wimple, with joined hands. At right are man wearing hat, resting both hands on walking stick; man, possibly Longinus of Jerusalem, wearing hat, with scimitar at waist in sheath on cord over shoulder, raising left hand and looking up toward Christ; five (?) other men, some only tops of heads visible, holding spears.

Margins decorated with border of floreate ornament including viola, rose, daisy and columbine, and inhabited by bird and fantastic animal.
